These are the only login error messages used by Vegastars. They appear inline beneath the affected field or at the top of the form card.

If you receive Unable to login unexpectedly: “If you did not activate this option, your account may have been hacked. In this case, please contact our support team.”

Account security at VegaStars

We use HTTPS across the platform and encrypt stored personal data: All data is safely stored and encrypted. Players can enable 2 Factor Authentication from inside the account, choosing either an authenticator app (Authy, 1Password, Google Authenticator) or a 6-digit OTP delivered via email. The OTP method is described in-product as Receive a unique code via email. We recommend enabling 2FA before your first deposit.

Recover your password

Can’t sign in? Troubleshooting checklist

Work through these steps in order before contacting support.

  1. Confirm you typed the correct Email or Username — VegaStars uses Latin characters (A–Z, a–z) only for usernames; usernames are 6–15 characters with no spaces.
  2. Re-enter your Password carefully. Passwords are at least 8 characters and case-sensitive.
  3. Check Caps Lock and your keyboard language. Many failed VegaStars login attempts come from an active Caps Lock or a non-English layout.
  4. Clear your browser cache and cookies for the VegaStars domain, then close the tab and reload the sign-in page from a fresh window.
  5. Try a different browser or an incognito/private window. Temporarily disable browser extensions, especially password managers, autofill tools, and ad blockers, then retry the login.
  6. If you use 2FA, make sure your device’s clock is accurate; authenticator codes fail when system time drifts.

Responsible access (AU players)

VegaStars provides in-account responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, bet limits, take-a-break, and self-exclusion. If you previously activated self-exclusion, the message Self-Exclusion option is ON, logging in is impossible will appear at sign-in and the restriction takes effect instantly. How do I sign in to VegaStars from Australia?

Open the login page, enter your registered Email or Username and Password, then click Login. If 2FA is enabled, you will be asked for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app or the OTP sent to your email. This error means the credentials you entered did not match an active VegaStars account. Re-check the address or username, watch for Caps Lock, and try again. If it persists, reset your password rather than retrying repeatedly.

What is “Self-Exclusion option is ON” and can support remove it?

It means an active self-exclusion is blocking login. The restriction is instant and cannot be lifted early by you or support; it ends automatically at the scheduled end time. For indefinite exclusion, contact support through the Help Centre.

Does VegaStars support two-factor authentication?
